Roof tiles can be manufactured with the size of 25 cm width and 50 cm length. The building covered by roof tiles is colder than that of corrugated iron sheet. Water from the roof can be used as drinking water and the roof tiles are unaffected by corrosion The tiles are suitable for all applications from 25 up to 45 degrees. 1m2 of roof tiles will weigh about 25 kg. Compared to a steel roof up to 30% of the total amount could be saved. The ratio for roof tiles is 25% cement and 75% of high quality sand. The production capacity is about 10m2 per day.
